How do I know if my prescriptions will be covered?

  • From your Member Portal Account click My Pharmacy and your plans annual Formulary from the drop-down menu. You will find an index for each medication at the bottom of the Formulary.
  • You can also search by medication name using the search bar at the top of the document.

Where can I go to fill my prescription(s)?

  • Locate the nearest FHCP pharmacy through your Member Portal Account My Pharmacy and click Find a Pharmacy and search by zip code.
  • If you do not find a pharmacy close to your location, use our Mail Order Pharmacy by calling 1-800-232-0216.

If I’m out of the FHCP service area, where can I fill my prescription(s)?

  • Use any major pharmacy such as Walgreens while you are traveling.
  • Take advantage of our mail order pharmacy and get a 90-day supply to ensure you receive your medications before you leave. Call 1-800-232-0216 to fill a mail-order prescription.

Can I have my prescriptions mailed to me?

  • Yes. FHCP’s Mail Order Pharmacy offers a number of advantages. Get a three-month supply (up to 93 days) of medications at one-time and have it conveniently delivered directly to your home at no additional cost.
  • Call our Mail Order Pharmacy at 1-800-232-0216 to speak to a representative.
