FHCP DIABETES EDUCATION PROGRAM (4 - Part Series)

The FHCP Diabetes Program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association. Classes are taught by Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists.

This free Diabetes Education Program is designed to educate members on how to manage their Diabetes.
