I’m a new member – What Next?

• Once you have received your New Member Welcome Kit and ID Card, sign in to your
  Member Portal Log in and follow the prompts to create your new portal account.
• Schedule a Care navigation Session today.
• Choose your Primary Care Physician either through your Member Portal or by calling Member Services for assistance.
• Get to know your benefits by viewing your benefit documents through your Member Portal or request a copy of these documents from Member Services.
• Watch our Welcome Webinar today at your convenience.
