Team Spelling Bee of the Volusia Literacy Council

​Florida Health Care Plans is once again a proud sponsor of the Volusia Literacy Council’s Annual Spelling Bee! The Volusia Literacy Council is a 37-year-old United Way partner offering free one-on-one and small-group tutoring for adults who perform below the 9^th grade level in reading, math, language, and English. Proceeds from this annual community event go to the Volusia Literacy Council who helps adult students apply for jobs, earn promotions, read to their children or grandchildren, obtain citizenship, and ensure student success in the communities we serve!
