Florida Health Care Plans (FHCP) is pleased to announce that Mindy Trawle, FHCP executive director of clinical practices, has been honored with the prestigious Melbourne Regional Chamber’s Hero Award.
Mindy was honored as a Health Care Hero by the Chamber during a special ceremony held on July 17 at the newly inaugurated Joseph Pellicano Law Enforcement Center in Melbourne.
The event was a heartfelt celebration of individuals making a significant impact in various fields, including nonprofit, education, first responders, the military, and health care. Each honoree received a certificate from the Chamber’s President, Anne Conroy-Baiter, alongside personalized Hero Spotlights shared by their colleagues and peers.
Mindy's nomination and recognition exemplify her exceptional dedication to the health care community. Her colleagues describe her as someone who "embodies what it means to be selfless, strong, and genuinely compassionate. While navigating through adversity, she shows up time and time again to help others, lift spirits, and ensure no one is feeling alone. Her strength is unmatched, and her impact along the Space Coast has not gone unnoticed."
"At FHCP, we take pride in supporting our employees who make a difference in the lives of our members, especially in the Brevard County community, where FHCP is growing,” said Tracy Williams, FHCP president and CEO. “Mindy’s dedication to providing compassionate care exemplifies an unyielding personal commitment, as well as our organization’s core values of courage, excellence, respect, integrity, inclusion, and imagination. We join the Chamber in recognizing Mindy for the important role she plays in helping people and communities achieve better health.”
