FHCP names Tracy Williams President and CEO

Tracy Williams has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Florida Health Care Plans (FHCP), succeeding Steven Blumberg. Previously serving as Interim CEO since December 2024, Williams brings over 20 years of healthcare experience, including leadership roles at Ascension St. Vincent’s Florida and GuideWell entities. Her focus will be to enhance patient care and outcomes as FHCP continues to provide high-quality, patient-centered services.
