  • United Way – 211 Helpline To assist Volusia and Flagler County residents and families who are impacted by COVID-19, United Way of Volusia and Flagler Counties has launched the COVID-19 Relief Fund to aid in recovery efforts.
  • FRAUD ALERT: The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General is alerting the public about fraud schemes related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

  • Volusia County Rent and Utility Payment Assistance
  • Votran Services Continues; fares waived
    Votran bus service will continue and all fares will be waived until further notice
    In an effort to curb the spread of the coronavirus, passengers will be asked to enter the buses through the back doors.
    “We have implemented strict cleaning procedures on our buses and at transfer plazas,” he noted. “However, it’s imperative that you refrain from riding the bus if you’re not feeling well.” County Manager, George Recktenwald

    Volusia County will accept applications from households that have been financially impacted by COVID-19. Mortgage assistance may be provided to eligible households for up to three months. This includes assistance for eligible households for payment of arrears, current, and future payments.

    Assistance will be provided on a first-ready, first-served basis and a limited number of applications will be accepted based on funding availability.
