Enterprise Infrastructure Manager
This position is responsible for the overall leadership and management
of the technical services team including communications, infrastructure,
vendor relations and budgetary oversight for technical solutions. This
position is directly responsible for the development and direction of
programs and staff that are engaged in performing analysis, installation,
maintenance and user support activities, as well as, vulnerability management
and security.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
- Five years of experience in a Technical Manager capacity is required.
- Five or more years of experience leading IT teams, developing IT strategy,
and developing long term IT plans.
- Working knowledge with five years of experience in technologies such as:VMWare,
MS SQL, MS Server for Windows, Cisco ISP\IDS, Cisco Networking including
VoIP, and Windows Desktop OS is required.
- Experience effectively managing vendors is required.
- Experience in designing and maintaining network architecture is required.
- Specific experience and leadership in the areas of system management, support
management, and application management is required.
Systems Administrator I
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or, three
to five years of experience working with Windows Servers;
- Knowledge of SAN and NAS management;
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Network Services (e.g.,
DNS/DHCP).The ability to maintain an Active Directory infrastructure,
is preferred.
- Work experience with one or more current releases of industry frameworks:HIPAA,
HIPAA HITECH, PCI, ISO, NIST, or COBIT.
- Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Azure)
is required.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring tools is required.
- One or more of the following current Security Certifications preferred:CEH,
CISM, CISSP, or GSEC (Would consider candidate currently studying towards
and obtaining within six months, as a condition of employment.)
- One to two years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server is preferred.
- Experience in DNS, DHCP, and other naming services, is preferred.
- Experience in preparation and supporting audits and audit materials is
preferred.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery software, is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication, organization, problem solving, critical
thinking skills, and the ability to work without direct supervision, is
preferred.

Systems Administrator II
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field).
- Five years of experience as a Windows Server Administrator.
- Five years of experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g.,
VMware, Azure); and with Microsoft Active Directory and Network Services
(e.g., DNS/DHCP).
- Professional level certification from one of the following:VMWare, Microsoft
or Cisco (e.g., VCP6-DCV, MCSE, CCNP-DC).
- In-depth knowledge of disk management with SAN, NAS, and local storage
with an emphasis on disk layout and performance is required.
- Extensive knowledge of Disaster Recovery concepts and tools is required.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring tools is required.
- Experience in DNS, DHCP, and other naming services, is preferred.
- Experience with automation software (e.g., Puppet, Chef, PowerShell DSC)
is preferred.
- Experience working with Linux, Aix, or UNIX is preferred.
