Florida Health Care Plans is pleased to announce our Smile Smart Pre-Paid Dental Program, offering our members a great dental health choice.

This unique approach to dental health care enables you to receive high-quality dental care at a price point that is suitable to your budget. Smile Smart can save you money for all your dental treatments from cleanings to fillings and crowns.

The Smile Smart Pre-Paid Dental Program is NOT dental insurance. Instead, you pay a small annual premium and receive routine care at no cost and up to 20% or more off all other dental procedures for one low-cost annual fee of $249.

Smile Smart is offered exclusively to FHCP members at all Florida Health Care dental offices. Members purchasing the Smile Smart Pre-Paid Den­tal Program from their Florida Health Care dental provider will receive discounted services as outlined in the Smile Smart brochure.
