Florida Health Care Plans provides Group Plans to members who live or work in our service area of Volusia and Flagler counties . Groups with two or more employees are eligible to apply. We’ll even give you a “Welcome To Wellness” Plan customized to your group’s members.

Plus, FHCP HMO Plans provide worldwide coverage for Emergency and Urgent Care as well as Direct Access for Chiropractic, Dermatology, Optometry, Gynecology, Smoking Cessation and Weight Management Programs – with no referral needed. With HMO coverage there are no deductibles or percentages, paperwork or claim forms. We keep it simple. All Florida Health Care Plans are available with Prescription Drug Coverage.
