You will receive lower copays for primary care visits, X-rays and laboratory services, and superior coverage with low out-of-pocket costs. Our HMO plans provide worldwide emergency and urgent care coverage as well as Direct Access (no referral necessary) for chiropractic, dermatology, optometry, gynecology, smoking cessation, and weight management program. All FHCP health benefit plans are available with prescription drug coverage.

To maximize your freedom-of choice, select our Triple Option or Point-of-Service coverage. These options let you select from over 4,000 providers and contract facilities for in-network services, and offers unlimited access to providers and facilities worldwide. Triple Option is only available in Volusia and Flagler counties.
