Florida Health Care Plans provides health care services to members who live or work in our service area. We offer a wide array of products to serve their needs. We offer traditional HMO products, Point-of-Service with out-of-network benefits, Triple Option with expanded as well as out-of-network benefits, High Deductible Health Plans, as well as Medicare and Healthy Kids Programs.
