Optional Benefits

ROUTINE VISION CARE is limited to routine eye exams provided by a participating optometrist.

DENTAL CARE is limited to one examination every six months to include dental cleaning and exam. All other dental care is available at a discounted fee for service.

PHARMACY BENEFITS include generic and brand name medications, contained in FHCP's drug formulary, available at FHCP in-house pharmacies and contract Walgreen pharmacies. The FHCP in-house pharmacies also offer a mail order program at a discounted price.
