FHCP Part C and D Medicare Advantage Plans are the only 4 1/2 CMS star rated plan in Volusia and Flagler Counties. We have provided medical and prescription coverage to Medicare-eligible beneficiaries since 1981 and now FHCP offers an Optional Supplemental Point of Service benefit. We were selected as the first health care delivery system for the Florida Healthy Kids program in 1991.
