There are two types of plans offered: the Standard Plan (HMO) and the Health Investor Plan (HMO) (lower monthly premium, high annual deductible).

  • Smoking Cessation Prescription Drug Benefits: All health plans offer this health insurance benefit, limited to up to a six-month supply in any plan (calendar) year, with a lifetime maximum benefit of no more than nine months.
