Group Health Plans
Florida Health Care Plans provides health care services to members who live or work in our service area. We offer a wide array of products to serve their needs including traditional HMO products, Point-of-Service with out-of-network benefits, Triple Option with expanded national network access as well as out-of-network benefits and High Deductible Health Plans. Groups with 2 or more employees are eligible to apply.
