Florida Healthy Kids
FHCP HEALTHY KIDS PROGRAM
In 1991, FHCP was selected as the first health care delivery system for the Florida Healthy Kids program. FHCP is proud to be your partner in health care and welcomes your participation in the Healthy Kids Program.
When your child is accepted into the Healthy Kids Program, FHCP assumes the financial responsibility for all medical services described in the Healthy Kids member handbook. Unlike most insurance programs who simply pay your medical bills, FHCP views your child’s health care as a partnership between FHCP and you by providing your child’s preventative health care to help them stay healthy. In this way, together we can prevent minor medical concerns from becoming major medical problems.
