Florida Health Care Plans (FHCP) your local Health Care Maintenance Organization (HMO). 100% of our member service functions are located within Volusia County. We own and operate nine staff clinic facilities. These facilities provide many services at one location saving you valuable time and gasoline.

In addition, we contract with a comprehensive network of providers, including all Volusia County Hospitals, to provide Central Florida's children outstanding Healthy Kids access.

As an independent licensee of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, FHCP Healthy Kids membership cards contain the BCBSF, FHCP and Blue Card logos, including instructions for accessing Blue Cross providers when outside of Central Florida.
