Pharmacies
Florida Health Care Plans provides access to a variety of local pharmacies. To find a pharmacy near you please select from the following:
- Preferred Pharmacies-All Florida Health Care Plans pharmacies that are available to serve members at least five 5 ½ days a week. (Eligible to Commercial and Medicare Members)
- After Hours Pharmacies-Pharmacies that FHCP has contracted with (i.e. Walgreens) to provide members with services after the preferred FHCP pharmacies are closed. (Eligible to Commercial and Medicare Members)
- Long Term Care Pharmacies-Pharmacies that provide services to FHCP members that reside in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, etc. These are non-preferred pharmacies that result in a higher co-pay being paid. (Eligible to Medicare Members only)
- Home Infusion Pharmacies-Provides members the access to healthcare equipment, supplies and injectable medications within the comfort of their home. (Eligible to Commercial and Medicare Members)
- Collier County Healthy Kids Only-Pharmacies that are only accessible to Collier County Healthy Kids population.
