2011 Medicare Benefits
FHCP is a Medicare Advantage Organization with a Medicare contract. Our Medicare Advantage/Medicare Advantage-Prescription Drug plans provide you all of the benefits covered under Original Medicare, plus more. These plans have no pre-existing condition limitations for enrollment, with the exception of End Stage Renal Disease.
In addition, we also offer an Optional Point of Service benefit that can be added on to either the Medvantage Plan or the Medvantage RX Plus plan for an additional premium.
Available Medicare Advantage (MA-Only) plans are:
- Medvantage Plan(HMOPOS) (No Part D Prescription benefit)
- Medvantage Plans with Optional Point of Service benefit(HMOPOS) (No Part D Prescription benefit)
Available Medicare Advantage-Prescription Drug (MA-PD) plans are:
- Medvantage Rx Plan(HMO)
- Medvantage Rx Plus Plan(HMOPOS) (available plan for State of Florida retirees)
- Medvantage Rx Plus Plan with Optional Point of Service benefit(HMOPOS)
