2008 Medicare Benefits
FHCP is a Medicare Advantage Organization with a Medicare contract. Our Medicare Advantage/Medicare Advantage-Prescription Drug plans provide you all of the benefits covered under Original Medicare, plus more. These plans have no pre-existing condition limitations for enrollment, with the exception of End Stage Renal Disease.
In addition, we also offer an Optional Point of Service benefit that can be added on to an existing plan for an additional premium.

- Medvantage Plan (No Part D Prescription benefit)
