Florida Health Care Plans provides a comprehensive Diabetes Education Program approved by the American Diabetes Association. It is provided by Registered Nurses and Registered Dietitians who are Certified Diabetes Educators. The goal of this program is to provide you with the tools, skills and techniques necessary to follow your doctor’s treatment plan.
