Find A Provider/Facility
We are pleased to announce that our “Provider Search” tool has been enhanced to make finding the right care for you or your loved ones easier than ever. Search for physicians, facilities, or ancillary providers that participate in a FHCP network based upon your specific FHCP benefit plan.
Now, you have the ability to customize your search for doctors and other healthcare providers by the following:
- Physician first or last name
- Physician gender
- Provider or facility address by zip code, county, or search within specific miles of a zip code
- Board Certification Status of participating physicians
- Languages in addition to English spoken by the provider or provider’s staff
- Physician’s willingness to accept new patients
- Hospital affiliation(s) for each physician
- Medical group affiliation(s) / practice name for each physician
- Provider Specialty or type of service(s) offered
In this section, you can also easily access complete directories of FHCP Providers, Staff and Workforce Wellness Facilities, along with maps and directions.
